## Requirements

-   Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
-   Russian language proficiency
-   Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, new launches and payment plans
-   Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
-   Excellent negotiation and client presentation skills
-   Ability to identify investment opportunities and convert leads
-   UAE driving licence preferred
