**Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas**

-   Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.
-   Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and the client’s specific requirements.
-   Carry out pre-operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.
-   Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas.
-   Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
-   Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
-   Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.

## Requirements

-   Secondary school education or equivalent technical qualifications.

-   National Crane Operator Certification or equivalent recognition.

-   Experience operating cranes in a variety of environments, preferably in offshore settings.

-   Understands safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations.

-   Ability to communicate effectively within a team and during operations.

-   Should be an Azerbaijan national.

-   Availability for flexible working hours and traveling to different project sites as required.
