## Description

**We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy in China. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships, and driving revenue in a highly competitive market.**

-   Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue across China.
-   Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
-   Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
-   Lead proposal development and presentation efforts to win new contracts and expand existing client relationships.
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and offerings.
-   Track and report on business development performance metrics, establishing goals and benchmarks for success.
-   Represent EnerMech at industry conferences, networking events, and other opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
-   Mentor and support the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

## Requirements

-   10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the energy, industrial, or related sectors. 

-   Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in China, with a strong understanding of local markets.

-   Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
-   Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to make informed decisions.
-   Experience with managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
-   Fluency in English and Mandarin or other regional languages is highly desirable.
