# CNC Machinist- 2nd Shift

## Description

**CNC Machinist (Temp-to-Hire)**

**Pay:** $20-$25 DOE

**Location:** Spring, TX 77373

**Shift:** 5pm to 3:30 or 5:30am M-F with some over time on Saturdays 5pm-3:30am  
\*Shift times can vary depending on production schedule

\*Will train on days for 1 week

-   Familiar with Doosan, Okuma, or Swiss Machines with Fanuc controls
-   Assist with setup of various accessory level machined parts.
-   Operate CNC machines in accordance with operating instructions.
-   Skillfully make necessary adjustment to CNC program or machine control offsets to assure compliance to all dimensions and quality requirements.
-   Use precision gages, micrometers and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.
-   Responsible for quality of work meeting all requirements
-   MUST be able to accurately read OD/ID Micrometers and MRP’s.
-   Must be able to read and interpret prints, dimension, and tolerances.

## Requirements

-   Follow all Company Rules, Procedures and Policies.
-   Follow all Company Safety Rules.
-   Any other duties as assigned by Lead.

-   High School education or equivalent is required.
-   Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
-   Background and drug screening required.
-   This position is in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
-   Must pass background and drug screen
-   Must have ASTM F2413 compliant protective footwear with a minimum height of 6 inches, low heal, and slip resistant soles.
