Location: Franklin, TN (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time
Seniority: Skilled Trades / All Levels

### Join Enexor BioEnergy

Enexor is a venture-backed climate tech company near Nashville turning waste into clean energy and high-purity CO₂. We build modular systems that address emissions, waste, and energy access—all in one platform.

We hire builders, problem-solvers, and doers who take ownership and get things done.

### Why This Role Matters

We’re hiring Electrical & Controls Technicians to wire, test, and commission the next generation of our distributed energy and carbon capture platforms. You'll work hands-on with power, control, and instrumentation systems that must perform in real-world environments.

This role is critical to making sure our systems are safe, functional, and field-ready. You'll be the link between engineering design and operational reality.

### What You’ll Do

- Build and wire electrical panels and field devices to spec
- Install and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, relays, and VFDs
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate connections across modular systems
- Calibrate sensors and validate control loops (thermal, gas, pressure)
- Read and interpret schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Support commissioning and field deployment of systems
- Work with engineers and other team members to diagnose problems, debug issues, and close feedback loops fast while maintaining accurate documentation of changes and updates.
- Provide assistance with continuous improvement of control systems, wiring standards, and panel design practices.
- Support a wide range of business needs beyond electrical and controls items, assisting cross-functional teams with prototyping, assembly, testing, and general operations as required to meet project and organizational goals.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, engineers, and leadership to share progress, flag issues early, provide solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support extended work hours or workweeks as needed to meet critical project deadlines or business priorities.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on experience with electrical systems and controls
- Ability to read and follow schematics and technical drawings
- Comfortable with tools, meters, and shop/lab environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Team-first attitude and willingness to own the outcome
- U.S.-based only. No relocation assistance

**Bonus Points For:**

- Electrical certifications or trade licenses (Journeyman, OSHA 10/30, etc.)
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, or industrial automation
- Background in energy systems, manufacturing, or cleantech

## Benefits

### Why You’ll Love It Here

- Mission with urgency
