**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for **Senior Financial Analyst** for one of our partners, a pioneer in development field!

**Job Summary:**

The **Senior Financial Analyst** is toprovide accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support executive decision-making, participate in raising debt financing for projects, improve financial performance, and ensure effective financial planning and control. 

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making.
-   Evaluating capital expenditure and investment proposals.
-   Assist in structuring debt deals and execution processes, including financing documentations, until disbursement.
-   Monitor existing loan portfolio, covenants compliance and relationships with financing partners.
-   Assist in drafting commercial terms in legal agreements with operating partners.
-   Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
-   Support strategic planning and business case evaluations.
-   Participate in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
-   Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
-   Collaborate with department heads to support financial performance.
-   Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
-   Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
-   Assist in developing dashboards and performance tracking tools.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.**
-   Professional certifications such as **CPA, CMA, CFA** are an added advantage.
-   **4–7 years** of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance.
-   Experience with **financial modeling, debt financing, forecasting, and reporting.**
-   Exposure to cross-functional projects and strategic business support.
-   Experience in using **ERP systems** or financial software.

-   Strong **financial analysis and reporting** abilities.

-   Advanced **Excel and financial modeling** skills.

-   Knowledge of **accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).**

-   Excellent **analytical and problem-solving** skills.
