## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a **Automation Test Architect** for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

**Objective:**

We are seeking an experienced **Automation Test Architect** to lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on automation testing experience, strong expertise in Selenium and Appium, and a proven ability to drive automation strategy, improve testing efficiency, and ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

_**This role requires either professional fluency in both Arabic and English, or prior international work experience in a Western market (e.g. US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia).**_

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API applications.
-   Create, execute, and maintain automated test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
-   Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing using automated scripts.
-   Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
-   Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
-   Identify, document, track, and validate defects using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
-   Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and automation status updates for stakeholders.
-   Promote automation best practices and mentor team members on automation standards and frameworks.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-   **Minimum 10 years of experience** in software testing, with strong hands-on experience in test automation.
-   **Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Selenium.**
-   **Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Appium.**
-   Strong experience in **API automation testing.**
-   **Minimum 3 years of experience** testing **Web/UI and eCommerce Mobile Applications.**
-   Experience designing and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines** for automated testing.
-   Experience designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and system tests.
-   Experience using defect management tools such as **Azure DevOps** and **Jira**.
-   Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
-   Experience with **AccelQ** is a plus.
-   Experience in the **Airline domain** is an advantage.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
