## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for **Senior UI/UX Designer** for one of our partners, a global leader for AI and Digital Transformation!

### **About:**

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms while maintaining scalable and consistent design systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex design challenges, has a strong eye for visual detail, and possesses deep expertise in modern product design practices and tools.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
-   Design intuitive user experiences that align with business goals and user needs
-   Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
-   Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries
-   Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve usability
-   Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, and usability testing when needed
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
-   Ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all digital products
-   Design interfaces optimized for both LTR and RTL experiences, with strong attention to Arabic user behavior and typography
-   Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

## Requirements

-   Minimum **5 years of professional experience** in UI/UX and product design
-   Expert-level proficiency in **Figma**, including:

-   Auto Layout
-   Design Systems
-   Component Architecture
-   Interactive Prototyping

-   **Strong experience in:**

-   Wireframing
-   User flows
-   Interactive prototyping
-   High-fidelity visual design
-   Responsive and mobile-first design

-   Native or fluent in both **Arabic and English**
-   Strong hands-on experience designing for **RTL (Right-to-Left)** interfaces and Arabic digital products
-   Proven experience working on real-world digital products from concept to launch
-   Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX methodologies
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-   Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience working in agile product environments
-   Familiarity with front-end development principles and handoff processes
-   Experience using tools such as FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or similar collaboration platforms
-   Knowledge of UX research and data-driven design approaches
