## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for **Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)** for one of our partners, a leader in the **Consulting & Technology Services**!

**Objective:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)** to join our Cybersecurity and Data Resilience team. This role is ideal for an early-career IT or cybersecurity professional looking to develop expertise in cyber recovery, ransomware resilience, and data protection technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

**Mobile Application Development**

-   Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
-   Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions that meet business requirements.
-   Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
-   Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across Android and iOS platforms.
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.

**Architecture & Technical Leadership**

-   Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.
-   Promote clean code principles, reusable components, and development best practices.
-   Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
-   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the development team.
-   Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**

-   Develop and maintain unit and widget tests.
-   Support application testing, debugging, and release activities.
-   Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.
-   Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.

**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**

-   Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development best practices.
-   Recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and application architecture.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **Minimum 6 years of experience in mobile application development**, with significant hands-on experience using Flutter.
-   Strong proficiency in **Flutter** and **Dart**.
-   Experience developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.
-   Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture, etc.).
-   Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
-   Strong knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Cubit.
-   Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
-   Familiarity with Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, or Analytics, is an advantage.
-   Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and application debugging.
-   Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-   Experience working in Agile development environments.
-   Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives is preferred.
