_**Envision Employment Solutions**_ _is currently looking for a_ _**FinCrime Operations Manager**_ _for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!_

**THE ROLE**

You run the operation that keeps financial crime out of the bank. The team that checks who a customer is, watches how their money moves and gathers the evidence when something looks wrong is yours to lead, and where the line sits between what your team clears and what goes to Compliance is yours to hold. 

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

-   Manage and develop the L1 fincrime operations analyst team
-   Oversee CDD and EDD workflows, holding the quality and completeness of every check
-   Own the escalation framework for flagged cases to Compliance, and hold the line on where operations ends and Compliance decides
-   Monitor transaction monitoring alert triage and the quality of its outcomes
-   Keep every fincrime process aligned to regulatory requirements and internal policy, and report operational performance to the Fraud and Fincrime Operations Director
-   Serve as the operational liaison to Compliance, and work with them on process and policy improvement

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

-   6 to 10 years in AML or finCrime operations, compliance or KYC within a bank or fintech
-   Strong knowledge of CDD and EDD requirements, transaction monitoring and AML red flags
-   Proven experience managing or leading operations teams in a regulated environment
-   A deep understanding of case escalation protocols and the boundary of Compliance decisions
-   Familiarity with finCrime technology platforms and alert management tools
