## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a **QC Operator** for one of our partners, a global leader in **Information Technology Services & Consulting**!

**Job Summary:**

The **QC Operator** is responsible for ensuring the quality of the content digitized to prevent player or operator issues. They work closely with the QA specialist and the production manager to ensure that quality standards are met, and deliverables meet the clients' requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Based on statistic groups, verify audio/video content to identify any defects or anomalies, including audio and video quality issues due to our setup (players/converters/encoders) or by our operators (truncated content, wrong digitization comments, misuse of the tools, etc.) and communicate with the QA Specialist to take the actions needed to stop the issues.
-   Regularly make comparisons with original content (carriers) to exclude any problems generated by our operational setups or via operators.
-   Use Customer’s QC Tool and any Assisted QC software used by customer to identify and correct migration errors, as needed.
-   Identify the timings and frequency of problems to ensure quality deliverables.
-   Escalate issues to the Supervisor.
-   Follow company procedures and use the QC forms to give conclusions of the problems detected by client.
-   Always follow Customer's ISMS Information Security Management Systems.

## Requirements

-   1 year experience working with audiovisual format and tools related to those formats
-   Deep understanding of audiovisual formats, codecs, and signal integrity.
-   Proficiency in media editing and QC tools.
-   Basic knowledge of metadata handling and preservation formats.
-   Adherence to quality control protocols and checklists.
