## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for an **Pre-Sales & Client Success Consultant** for one of our partners, a global leader in the software development field.

**About:**

The **Pre-Sales & Client Success Consultant** will own the client experience from initial demo through to post-sale satisfaction — shaping the processes, templates, and communication standards that the team will scale on.

**Responsibilities:**

**Pre-Sales**

-   Run product demos for Gulf-based prospects (remotely and occasionally on-site)
-   Lead discovery calls to understand client pain points and qualification
-   Prepare and customize demo environments or presentation materials per client context
-   Support the sales lead in deal progression — not expected to close alone

**Client Engagement**

-   Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-demo and post-sale
-   Conduct regular check-in calls, handle feedback, and manage escalations
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with Gulf client stakeholders
-   Travel to Gulf client sites occasionally for strategic meetings or onboarding

**Internal Coordination**

-   Translate client feedback into clearly structured briefs, then hand off to the BA/PM team
-   Coordinate with the product and tech teams on client timelines and expectations
-   Document client interactions, requests, and outcomes in a consistent, organized manner
-   Contribute to building out client communication templates and demo playbooks (as first hire)

## Requirements

-   Fluent English — confident in written and spoken communication with Gulf clients
-   3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role (pre-sales, account management, or customer success)
-   Comfortable running live product demos with minimal supervision.
-   Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously
-   Basic technical literacy — understands SaaS concepts, APIs at a conceptual level, and can speak to product capabilities without deep engineering knowledge.
-   Experience working with Gulf-based.
-   Background in a SaaS or software product company.
-   Degree or background in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar blend of tech and business.
-   Experience working in or alongside a product/tech team.
-   Arabic fluency (beneficial for Gulf client relationship-building).
-   Familiarity with CRM tools or client tracking systems.
-   Experience being the first in a role and building process from scratch.
