_**Envision Employment Solutions**_ _is currently looking for an_ _**Business Continuity Management Head**_ _for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!_

**THE ROLE**

You build the discipline that decides whether the bank survives its worst day. There's no framework to inherit here, no manual to update, you design the Business Continuity Management architecture, the crisis command structure, and the recovery playbooks from a blank page, and then you prove they hold under pressure. When a disruption or cyber-attack hits, yours is the plan the bank runs on, and yours is the judgement that guides leadership through it.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

-   Design and build the bank's comprehensive Business Continuity Management Framework, policy manuals, and disaster recovery strategies completely from scratch, aligned with ISO 22301 and CBE resilience circulars
-   Lead enterprise-wide Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify critical business functions, dependencies, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and recovery point objectives (RPOs)
-   Collaborate closely with technology, infrastructure, and engineering teams to validate disaster recovery (DR) plans, cloud redundancy models, and multi-region failover capabilities
-   Formulate and operationalize the bank's Crisis Management Plan (CMP), establishing the command structure and communication workflows required to handle major disruptions or cyber-attacks
-   Design and execute rigorous BCM tabletop exercises, operational crisis simulations, and failover tests across departments and outsourced partners to validate organizational readiness
-   Serve as the primary BCM point of contact for internal audits, external reviews, and CBE regulatory examinations, ensuring continuous compliance with statutory resilience standards

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

-   10+ years of cumulative professional experience, including 4 to 5 years in a dedicated BCM, operational resilience, or crisis management leadership role within banking, financial services, or critical technology sectors
-   In-depth understanding of Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) business continuity regulations, guidelines, and risk expectations for financial institutions
-   Strong command of international resilience standards, particularly ISO 22301 and NIST SP 800-34
-   Industry-recognized certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor are strongly preferred
-   A builder mindset, highly operational and strategic, comfortable building and automating resilient processes from the ground up in a fast-paced digital bank
-   Exceptional communication skills and composure under pressure, capable of guiding executive leadership and cross-functional teams during high-stakes operational crises
