## Description

_**Envision Employment Solutions**_ _is currently looking for a_ _**Distribution Operations Head**_ _for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!_

**THE ROLE**

You lead the operation behind the bank’s Points network, the physical touch points that put a digital bank within reach. Every vendor keeping a Point running, every deployment, every incident that takes one offline, and every report on how the network is performing runs through you. Your job is to make sure each Point is operational, compliant, and delivering a consistent customer experience across every location.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

-   Manage the monitoring and operational functions of the Points network, including service levels and identifying low and high performing machines
-   Own Points network performance reporting and flag issues to the Banking Operations Director
-   Manage vendors and hold them accountable to contracted SLAs
-   Oversee Point deployment, installation, and decommissioning strategy across locations
-   Manage Point related incident escalations and ensure timely resolution
-   Ensure Points operate in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
-   Coordinate with Technology, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Risk teams on network issues through to closure
-   Manage and develop the L1 Operations team

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

-   12+ years in vendor management, field operations, or kiosk/ATM network management
-   Experience managing third-party service providers and holding vendors to SLAs
-   Strong operational coordination skills across multiple locations or sites
-   Familiarity with kiosk, ATM, or self-service terminal operations preferred
-   Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred

**Success measures:** Point uptime and availability rate, vendor SLA attainment, incident resolution time, and team performance and analyst development.
