**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a **QA Operator** for one of our partners, a global leader in **Information Technology Services & Consulting**!

**Job Summary:**

The **QA Operator** ensure files meet quality standards and client specifications. Responsibilities include developing procedures, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to address quality issues. The goal is to uphold product quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve production processes.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Collaborate with the production/Operation managers to develop strategies for optimizing production efficiency and effectiveness
-   Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
-   Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and files generated to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
-   Collaborate with Production/Operation teams to establish quality control measures and resolve any quality-related issues or concerns
-   Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in quality performance
-   Provide training and guidance to operation staff on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices
-   Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
-   Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken
-   Responsible for the follow-up of maintenance & calibration of audio machine
-   Sheet on machine (presence and correct filling)
-   Anticipation of maintenance
-   Follow up in PowerBI
-   Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality- related projects
-   o      Use JIRA Work management to coordinate with Operations
-   o      Use JIRA Work management to coordinate on QAR testing cycles

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in quality management, industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in media, production, or digitization environments
-   Solid knowledge of quality methodologies such as:
-   Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC)
-   Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
-   Familiarity with production workflows in audiovisual or IT-related fields is a strong asset.
-   Experience with quality standards relevant to digital preservation, broadcasting, or cultural heritage institutions (e.g., IASA guidelines) is preferred.
-   Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project).
