## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for an **Performance Marketing Manager** for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms
-   Manage campaign budgets, spending pace, and performance reporting across all channels
-   Develop and implement testing frameworks for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
-   Set up and maintain accurate campaign tracking and attribution using GA4, pixels, and UTM parameters
-   Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
-   Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities
-   Collaborate with internal teams on creative briefs, landing page optimization, and overall campaign strategy

## Requirements

-   2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital health environment
-   Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads
-   Solid understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics
-   Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
-   Native or near-native proficiency in German, with the ability to write effective marketing copy and a deep understanding of the local market
-   Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong experimentation mindset with a continuous focus on testing and optimizing bidding strategies, automations, and workflows
-   Bonus: Experience managing multi-location or local advertising campaigns, ideally across a distributed network of physical locations.
