## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a **Talent Acquisition Supervisor** for one of our partners, an industry leader in **Insurance and Financial Services Sector**!

**Objective:**

The **Talent Acquisition Supervisor** oversees the recruitment function, ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business goals. The role leads the recruitment team, sets performance standards, and designs workforce planning and sourcing strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise and coach the recruitment team.
-   Set KPIs and evaluate performance.
-   Fully responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires.
-   Develop employer branding plan to enhance the Insurance's presence as an employer in the market including on campus activities.
-   Organize programs for university students and new graduates to increase the Insurance employer brand awareness, such as the sales program for graduates or summer internship programs.
-   Full responsibility for the technical development of the talent acquisition team.
-   Continuously work on enhancing the selection process.
-   Build a strong relationship with universities’ career centers, student unions, etc.
-   Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs.
-   Oversee manpower planning and recruitment budgets.
-   Represent the company at recruitment events.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
-   5 – 7 years of experience, 3 in a supervisory role.
-   Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
-   Expertise in ATS and HR analytics tools.
