## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a **Director of** **Production & Operations** for one of our partners, a global leader in **Information Technology Services & Consulting**!

**Job Summary:**

The **Director of** **Production & Operations** leads, coordinates, and optimizes all production and operations activities within a location, ensuring operational efficiency, project delivery excellence, and alignment with company standards. This role plays a pivotal part in the Global Leadership Team, serving as a cultural and operational anchor for both local execution and global collaboration.

**Responsibilities:**

**Production & Operations Oversight**

-   Overall local responsibility for managing and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day production and the operations processes
-   Lead on overall production strategy and liaise with the Production Manager on daily and weekly production issue
-   Lead the monthly Production meetings
-   Supervise the Operations and the Production Managers
-   Regularly conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching, and setting challenging KPIs that to increase volumes of business
-   Coach employees, conduct disciplinary meetings where necessary with support from HR and the CEO and COO
-   Owns the local site ISMS

**Finance & Budgeting**

-   Work closely with the Finance support team to ensure monthly invoicing and finance deadlines are respected and met.
-   Work with the SLT regarding the annual Budget preparation to collate annual budget costs for CAPEX and OPEX
-   Produce and lead on the MBR’s supported and in collaboration with the Global Department Heads. Ensure your business unit actuals and production revenue forecasts are shared

**Sales & Client Relations**

-   You will work closely with the Global Head of Sales and the Sales Operations Manager. Follow the Opportunity phase company process fully and work closely with the SOM and the Account manager as the jobs are handed over to production
-   Keep in regular contact with the Production Manager and Customer Services Representatives regarding their management of the clients, ensuring all aspects of processed projects are carried out in an innovative, profitable and efficient manner, while taking any feedback on board to improve service and efficiency
-   Work closely with the Global Head of Sales to agree CSR’s cadence of touch points and quarterly business reviews with customers in production
-   Work closely with the other DPOs, the SOM, the commercial team and the COO to help develop a full set of presales production policies

**Systems, Data & Process Management**

-   Work with the global HSDs; ORKA – to OWN the Support Department Planning processes using JIRA Work Management – (Service)
-   Working with the Business Systems analyst and using ORKA data to provide continual analysis on operator performance as well as machine performance.

**Leadership & Culture**

-   Show leadership regarding company culture and mentor accordingly to establish a positive attitude within the business unit

## Requirements

-   Minimum education: University degree, Bachelor or equivalent
-   Highly experienced in management of projects (technology, ICT, AV…) and teams
-   Preferred: Experience working in a broadcaster, digitization facility, library/archive, or ICT preservation project
-   Experience coordinating monthly invoicing and financial reporting with finance support
-   Experience overseeing facilities operations, upgrades, and budget forecasting (capex/opex)
-   Proven leadership in managing both Production and Operations teams, including performance reviews and KPI setting
-   Background in working with CRM, workflow, or reporting systems (e.g., JIRA, ORKA, Excel, project dashboards)
-   Previous involvement in production meetings, MBR preparation, and business reviews
-   Familiarity with ISMS and site compliance ownership.

-   Working knowledge of audio/video/film technologies
-   Skilled in use of Excel, project reporting tools (e.g., Teamwork, JIRA), and dashboards
-   Ability to analyze operator and machine performance data (e.g., ORKA)
-   Capable of owning and improving support department planning workflows.

-   Able to coach, mentor, and supervise both Production and Operations Managers
