## Description

Enzari Creations is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Enzari Creations' growth and innovation. You will partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and drive a seamless recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. ### Responsibilities

-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
-   Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions and candidate profiles.
-   Leverage multiple sourcing channels to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
-   Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
-   Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams.
-   Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
-   Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
-   Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
