## Description

**Role Overview**

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Vietnam business by delivering end-to-end HR support, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR Operations, business partnering, recruitment, and office administration. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive organizational growth, optimize people operations, ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations, and deliver an excellent employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities:-**

**Compensation & Benefits (Primary Focus)**

-   Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in coordination with payroll vendors and Finance.
-   Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, social insurance (SI), PIT, and statutory compliance.
-   Support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, promotions, and compensation analysis.
-   Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
-   Ensure HR policies and C&B practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and company guidelines.
-   Prepare HR reports, headcount, labor costs, and people analytics for management.

**HR Operations & Compliance**

-   Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
-   Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, insurance, work permits, and labor compliance.
-   Support HR audits and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
-   Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, SOPs, and HR operational workflows.

**HR Business Partnering**

-   Act as the primary HR contact for Vietnam business leaders and employees.
-   Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
-   Provide guidance on HR policies, performance, employee engagement, and people matters.
-   Support implementation of regional and global HR initiatives in Vietnam.

**Recruitment**

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam positions across technical and corporate functions.
-   Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and workforce needs.
-   Manage sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and recruitment metrics.

**Office Administration & Employee Experience**

-   Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, and workplace operations.
-   Coordinate onboarding logistics including workspace, equipment, and office access.
-   Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and office experience.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with strong, proven exposure in both HRBP and C&B roles.
-   **Stakeholder Management:** Proven experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
-   **Core Expertise:** Deep knowledge of organizational design, performance management, and structural C&B frameworks.
-   **Background:** Open to considering candidates coming directly from a C&B consulting background.
-   **Environment:** Experience thriving in fast-paced or scaling environments (technology sector preferred).
-   **Soft Skills:** Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
-   **Mindset:** A strategic thinker with strong execution capability; hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven.
