### Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Website Designer** to design, enhance, and maintain EPOS’s digital presence. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website experiences that align with our brand and business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with marketing, product, and development teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design and maintain EPOS website pages, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines
-   Create user-centric, responsive web designs optimized for desktop and mobile experiences
-   Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into effective website designs
-   Optimize website layouts and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates
-   Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
-   Conduct basic UX research and apply best practices to enhance usability and accessibility
-   Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain design systems where applicable
-   Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and technologies

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field
-   Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio showcasing live projects
-   Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
-   Understanding of responsive design, web usability, and UX principles
-   Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes is a plus
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
-   Good communication and collaboration skills
