**What will you be doing?**

-   Support and complete merchant onboarding by conducting KYC processes within SLA targets.
-   Ensures payment methods are set up for merchants through backend systems.
-   Ensures accurate data entry handling and collection of documentations from merchants.
-   Ensure processes are compliant and consistent with SOPs.
-   Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
-   Coordinate with merchants to conduct verification processes via phone or email.
-   Keep internal trackers and instinctly followup on all pending cases.

## Requirements

-   Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
-   1-2 years experience in operations, particularly in onboarding and KYC procedures.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a growing fast-paced environment.
-   Comfortable in communicating with merchants and provide guidance for verifications.
-   Detailed-oriented, quick learner, with strong execution; able to meet SLA targets.
