**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end inventory operations. If you enjoy building structure, improving processes, and ensuring operational efficiency, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

-   Oversee daily inventory operations including stock management, tracking, and reconciliation
-   Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouses and deployment channels
-   Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock
-   Work closely with procurement, operations, and deployment teams
-   Drive process improvements and implement inventory control best practices
-   Manage audits, reporting, and inventory performance metrics

## Requirements

-   Experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process control
-   Experience in managing stock movement, reconciliation, and reporting
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
-   Prior leadership or team management experience is a plus
