### Key Contributions

-   Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents to solve complex business problems.
-   Research, experiment with, and develop **AI solutions from scratch**, turning ideas and prototypes into practical, production-ready applications.
-   Integrate AI models, agents, and AI-powered capabilities into existing systems, backend services, and business workflows.
-   Take ownership of the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from research and architecture design to implementation, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
-   Build scalable and reliable AI services, optimizing system performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
-   Explore emerging AI technologies and frameworks to identify new opportunities and improve existing solutions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions and provide technical guidance to other engineers.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.

_**Must have:**_

-   **6+ years of software engineering experience**, with strong backend development and system design skills.
-   Proven experience **building AI agents and developing AI solutions** **from scratch**, with the ability to independently research, prototype, and implement solutions beyond basic LLM API integration.
-   Experience **integrating AI models, agents, or AI services** into existing applications and production systems.
-   Solid understanding of **LLMs, AI agent architectures**, and related technologies.
-   Working knowledge of **Java** and the ability to understand or contribute to Java-based codebases.
-   Experience building and deploying **production-grade APIs, microservices, or AI applications**.
-   **Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.**
-   Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and willingness to explore new AI technologies.

_**Nice to have:**_

-   Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar tools.
-   Practical experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
-   Knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, or open-source AI models.Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
-   Experience with other programming languages and AI coding assistants.
