**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our Regional HR team. This role will be responsible for driving compensation and benefits initiatives, workforce planning, HR analytics, and manpower cost management across the business. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure our people practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational growth objectives.

**What You’ll Do**

Compensation & Benefits

\* Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking exercises, annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs.

\* Ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

\* Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and employee support programs.

Workforce Planning & Cost Management

\* Support manpower planning, headcount forecasting, organizational planning, and workforce budgeting exercises.

\* Monitor manpower costs, hiring movements, and employee-related expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

\* Partner with business stakeholders to provide workforce insights and recommendations.

HR Analytics & Reporting

\* Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, including headcount, attrition, compensation, workforce costs, and organizational trends.

\* Deliver actionable insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making.

\* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting processes.

Compliance & Employee Relations

\* Ensure HR practices, compensation programs, and employee policies comply with local labor regulations, company policies, and governance requirements.

\* Support internal audits and compliance reviews.

\* Provide HR advisory support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

\* Partner closely with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on regional HR initiatives.

\* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, operational workflows, and system efficiencies.

\* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

\* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

\* Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or related HR functions.

\* Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking methodologies, and employee benefits administration.

\* Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, budgeting, and manpower cost analysis.

\* Familiarity with employment legislation, HR governance, compliance requirements, and audit practices.

\* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide business insights.

\* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using HRIS and reporting tools.

\* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

\* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

\* Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
