### Role Overview

We’re looking for a **Merchant Operations Executive** to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting our growing merchant network. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on solving operational challenges, this role is for you.

### What You’ll Do

As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will:

-   Manage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth business operations.
-   Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to oversee shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, inventory movement, merchant activation, and issue resolution.
-   Handle operational transactions and documentation accurately through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records, stock movements, merchant setup, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.
-   Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, merchant activity, and operational KPIs, while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall customer experience.
-   Provide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams by managing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, and ensuring timely execution of operational processes.
-   Conduct regular audits, stock takes, reconciliations, warehouse visits, and compliance checks to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective control of business assets.
-   Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics teams to support business growth, inventory planning, merchant success, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus
-   Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics
