### Key Contributions

-   Develop and maintain clean, scalable, and reliable Java backend services
-   Optimize system performance, reliability, and development workflows
-   Identify workflow bottlenecks and leverage **AI tools and automation** to improve team productivity
-   Define and promote **AI usage standards and best practices** across the engineering team
-   Establish validation practices for **AI-generated code** to ensure quality and maintainability
-   Build reusable **AI playbooks, templates, and toolkits** to scale effective practices across the team
-   Develop and maintain unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
-   Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features
-   Contribute to the evolution of **microservices architecture**, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
-   Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development, or related fields
-   **At least 6 years of experience** in Java Backend and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, JUnit, etc)
-   Solid experience with **Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)** and cloud-based application development
-   Experience with **AI-assisted development, workflow automation, or AI tools** is a must
-   Good knowledge of **Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM**
-   Strong understanding of **OOP, data structures, design patterns, concurrency, and problem-solving**
-   Understanding of **SDLC and software engineering best practices**
-   Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory
-   Proactive, open-minded, and willing to **challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement**
