**Vehicle Technician | Outside IR35 Contract**

**Location:** Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

**Pay:** £17.00/hr Base Rate + £5.00/hr Living Allowance (**£22.00/hr Total**) | Paid Weekly

**Contract:** 6-Month Contract (High Potential for Extension)

**IR35 Status:** **Outside IR35**

**Shift:** Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 | **Fri 07:30–13:00 (Early Friday Finish!)**

**About the Role**

Join **E-ppl Ltd** on a critical fleet maintenance project in Ashchurch, working alongside a skilled, supportive team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and complex repairs on designated fleet platforms.
-   Complete rectification maintenance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
-   Execute fleet upgrades, reworks, and resolve defects identified during quality examinations.
-   Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety guidelines.

**Location & Commute**

Situated conveniently in Ashchurch (Tewkesbury) with immediate access to the **M5 (Junction 9) and A46**.

-   **Local Commuters:** Easily accessible from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Evesham, Redditch, and the wider Gloucestershire/Worcestershire area.

## Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates **must provide proof** of the following:

-   **Qualifications:** Valid proof of **NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds (or equivalent) Level 2 or Level 3** in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
-   **Experience:** Proven background as a Vehicle Technician (Fleet, Commercial, or Ex-Forces/Military vehicle background strongly preferred).
-   **Clearance:** Must be eligible for **BPSS Security Clearance** (_fully sponsored, managed, and paid for by E-ppl_).
