**About the Role**

Join **E-ppl Ltd** supporting major OEM automotive facilities in Solihull. We are looking for skilled, adaptable Auto Electricians to perform complex electrical reworks, custom loom building, component installations, and diagnostic fault-finding on new vehicle platforms (including P/HEV and M/HEV systems).

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Electrical System Reworks:** Install, integrate, and modify complex vehicle wiring systems, body electronics, and harnesses to strict OEM build specifications.
-   **Loom Building & Wiring Schematics:** Read and interpret OEM electrical wiring diagrams, build custom looms, and perform precise circuit modifications.
-   **Diagnostics & Rectification:** Execute electrical diagnostics, testing, fault-finding, and rectification on assembly and prototype vehicles.
-   **Vehicle Trim & Assembly:** Remove and refit interior/exterior trims and light mechanical components as required during electrical work.
-   **Quality & Safety:** Maintain high build standards while adhering strictly to workshop Health & Safety policies.

**Location & Commute**

Conveniently located in **Solihull**, with direct access via the **M42, A45, and A34**.

-   **Local Commuters:** Easily accessible from Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Redditch, Shirley, Tamworth, and the wider West Midlands.

## Requirements

-   **Qualifications:** Recognised Auto Electrical Qualification Certificate, NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds (or equivalent).
-   **Security Clearance:** Must be eligible and able to achieve standard background & security checks (_fully managed and supported by E-ppl_).
-   **Experience:** Proven experience as an Auto Electrician in an OEM, automotive manufacturing, or high-volume vehicle rework environment.
