**Location:** Addison, TX (4 Days In-Office)

**Compensation:** $104k Base (Midpoint) | $200k OTE (Uncapped)

**Commission:** 10% Flat on all deals + Multi-year accelerators

### **The Opportunity: Founding Member & Future Leader**

EQL is searching for a high-energy, ambitious Account Executive to own the Dallas/Texas territory. This isn't a "plug-and-play" sales job with a pre-written playbook. It’s a role for someone hungry to build something from the ground up and move into a leadership position.

**The Dallas Hub Strategy:**

-   **Path to Leadership:** The company prefers to develop talent from within. This role is specifically designed for a senior individual contributor with the potential to move into a **Pod Leadership** role as the Dallas office scales.
-   **The Addison Hub:** This is an in-office culture based in Addison 4 days a week. High commitment levels are expected because the mission - and the financial upside - is significant.
-   **Ownership:** You will own the full sales cycle (90–120+ days) targeting district leaders, supported by a high-energy BDR team.
-   **High Upside:** With a $400k target and a **flat 10% commission** on every deal, this is a role for a top-tier closer who wants uncapped earning potential.
