### Sales Development Representative (Fintech SaaS)

**About the Role**

Join a rapidly scaling, PE-backed Fintech firm as an SDR and become the engine of our growth. We provide mission-critical software used by professional services firms to automate complex regulatory and compliance workflows. **What You’ll Do**

-   **Drive Pipeline:** Execute high-volume outbound sequences (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) into target mid-market accounts.
-   **Qualify Intent:** Run initial discovery calls to uncover firm pain points, budget, and urgency.
-   **Strategic Partnership:** Work closely with Account Executives to multi-thread into target professional services firms.
-   **Master the Stack:** Use modern sales tools to build and manage your own outbound territory.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   **Grit:** 0–2 years in a commercial, high-output role (SDR, Recruitment, or similar).
-   **Communication:** Concise written skills and the confidence to speak with senior stakeholders (Partners/Directors).
-   **Coachability:** You take feedback well and enjoy the "repetition of excellence."
-   **Ambition:** You want to move into a closing (AE) role within 12–18 months.
