## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our client in Saudi Arabia. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment for students. Your contribution will be essential in fostering student engagement and helping to create a productive classroom atmosphere.

### Responsibilities:

-   Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans
-   Support students in their learning activities, both individually and in groups
-   Supervise students during class activities, recess, and transitions
-   Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher
-   Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
-   Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
-   Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
-   Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
-   Uphold school policies and ensure a positive learning experience for all students

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred; High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered
-   Fluent in English, both spoken and written
-   Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-   Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
-   Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the educational development of students
-   Organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
-   Proficient in using basic office software and educational tools
