### **Key Responsibilities**

• Manage procurement activities from **Purchase Requisition to PO closure**  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers  
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors  
• Prepare procurement compliance documents, including **SSJ & SEF**  
• Coordinate supplier registration and required documentation  
• Maintain centralized **PO records and tracking**  
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports  
• Follow up on POs from issuance through closure  
• Support continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures

## Requirements

• **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration or a related field  
• Minimum **2 years of experience** in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration  
• Experience with **PRs, POs, supplier coordination and procurement processes**  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail  
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
