## Description

**Eram Talent** is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented **Analogue Beverage Powder Development Engineer** to develop and optimize beverage powder formulations that meet market demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for the end-to-end product development process, including formulation, ingredient selection, process optimization, product evaluation, and scale-up. Reporting to the R&D Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality beverage powder products. The ideal candidate must has prior experience in Food Manufacturing Industry.

## Requirements

**Tasks and Responsibilities of the role:**

-   Develop formulations for analogue beverage powders.
-   Conduct laboratory trials and quality, stability, and sensory tests.
-   Improve solubility, texture, color, and flavor properties.
-   Select and evaluate raw materials and suppliers.
-   Collaborate with quality, production, and marketing teams.
-   Scale up formulations from laboratory to industrial production.
