The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lifting operations and experience in a supervisory role.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in the construction industry.
-   Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of lifting operators.
-   Extensive knowledge of various lifting techniques and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging.
-   Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in lifting operations.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans.
-   Certifications in lifting, such as CPCS or NPORS, are highly preferred.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-   Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments.
-   Strong commitment to safety and quality.
