## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled **CNC Coolant Filling Technician** with specific experience in Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) plant environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management, preparation, and maintenance of metalworking fluids and coolants for high-precision CNC machinery. This role is critical to maximizing tool life, ensuring machining quality, and maintaining safe, continuous operations within a heavy industrial setting.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Coolant Management:** Accurately mix, distribute, and replenish coolants, cutting fluids, and lubricants across multiple CNC machines according to specific operational parameters.
-   **System Testing & Monitoring:** Perform daily chemical tests using refractometers and pH meters to monitor coolant concentration, alkalinity, and biological control.
-   **Equipment Maintenance:** Execute routine cleaning of machine sumps, operate tramp oil skimmers, and maintain coolant recycling and filtration equipment to prevent fluid degradation.
-   **PWHT Plant Integration:** Safely navigate and operate within heavy industrial environments, specifically alongside Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) operations, ensuring all fluid management aligns with the plant's production and heat-treating schedules.
-   **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve fluid-related issues such as foaming, foul odors, rust, or poor tool life, adjusting chemical dosing as necessary.
-   **Inventory Control:** Track the consumption of chemical inventory, manage stock levels of raw coolant fluids, and initiate purchase requests to prevent shortages.
-   **HSE Compliance:** Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols regarding the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste fluids. Maintain accurate logs and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

## Requirements

**Education:** High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or equivalent certification in mechanical maintenance, machining, or industrial chemistry.

**Core Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance, specifically focused on fluid and coolant management.

**Industry Experience (Mandatory):** Proven work history within heavy manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or large-scale industrial plants. Specific experience working in or around **PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) plants** is strictly required.

**Technical Skills:** \* Proficiency in using fluid testing equipment (e.g., refractometers, titration kits).

-   Strong understanding of coolant chemistry, mixing ratios, and bacterial control.
-   Familiarity with CNC sump cleaning operations and industrial pumping equipment.

**HSE Knowledge:** Solid understanding of industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) and safe chemical handling/disposal procedures.

**Soft Skills:** Excellent physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and alongside machining operators.
