Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator skilled in operating Backhoe, Excavator, Boom Truck, and other heavy machinery. ### Responsibilities

-   Safely operate heavy equipment including Backhoe, Excavator, Boom Truck, and others as required
-   Conduct pre-operational inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
-   Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
-   Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to accomplish project goals efficiently
-   Load, move, and position equipment and materials precisely as per project specifications
-   Report any defects or issues with equipment promptly to maintenance teams

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience operating Backhoe, Excavator, Boom Truck, and similar heavy equipment
-   Valid operator certifications and licenses relevant to heavy machinery
