The HSE Coordinator will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and monitoring HSE programs and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations.
-   Conduct safety training for employees to promote compliance with HSE standards.
-   Carry out regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
-   Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
-   Collaborate with management to establish and maintain emergency response plans.
-   Stay current with changes in HSE regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
-   Promote a culture of safety awareness among all personnel.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within the Oil & Energy sector.
-   In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and management systems.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HSE management software.
-   Possession of relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage.
-   Ability to work proactively and independently, with strong organizational skills.
-   Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
