We are seeking a skilled and motivated HSE Analyst to join our team. As a prominent Talent Acquisition Consultancy specializing in the Oil & Energy sector, we pride ourselves on connecting top talent with leading organizations.

The HSE Analyst will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and procedures within client organizations. This position demands a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations to help ensure compliance and promote a safety-first culture.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
-   4+ years of experience in a similar HSE analyst role.
-   Thorough understanding of local and international HSE regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
-   Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-   Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-   Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations effectively.
-   Experience in developing and delivering HSE training and safety initiatives.
-   Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate HSE records and reports.
