## Description

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is actively looking for a Rig Liaison-man to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. As a prominent talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions within the Oil & Energy sector. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact between the rig and management, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

The Rig Liaison-man will be responsible for coordinating rig activities, managing logistics, and facilitating communication between on-site personnel and company management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing operational performance and ensuring safety compliance.

### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and management, ensuring clear communication.
-   Coordinate logistics and transportation for crew changes and equipment delivery.
-   Monitor rig operations and performance, providing feedback to management on any issues or concerns.
-   Assist in the planning and scheduling of rig activities and maintenance.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the rig.
-   Maintain accurate records of rig operations, material usage, and inventory.
-   Facilitate training and development for on-site personnel as needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in oil and gas operations.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably on drilling rigs.
-   Strong understanding of drilling operations and oilfield logistics.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Willingness to work in challenging environments and travel as needed.
