## Description

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Senior Safety Engineer - PMC to join our team in Saudi Arabia within the Oil & Energy sector. This role involves taking a leadership position in managing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards on all projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in safety engineering and a keen understanding of project management consultancy.

As a part of our independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety measures while working collaboratively with various teams to ensure the well-being of all personnel.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead the development and implementation of safety management systems and programs.
-   Conduct comprehensive safety audits and risk assessments on various projects.
-   Oversee incident investigations, analyzing data to improve safety performance.
-   Provide expert advice on safety regulations and best practices to project management teams.
-   Prepare and deliver safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
-   Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 15 years of experience in safety engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role within PMC.
-   Strong knowledge of safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
-   Proven experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
-   Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
-   Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.
