## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Crane Operator Trainer** with strong hands-on experience in mobile crane operations and heavy equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical training, assessing operator competency, and ensuring safe and efficient crane operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Deliver theoretical and practical training for mobile crane operations.
-   Conduct hands-on training on crane operation, lifting procedures, and safe equipment handling.
-   Assess trainees' knowledge, practical skills, and operator competency.
-   Demonstrate proper crane operating techniques and safe work practices.
-   Provide coaching and corrective guidance to trainees.
-   Conduct practical assessments and maintain training and competency records.
-   Ensure training activities comply with applicable HSE and lifting safety standards.
-   Identify trainee skill gaps and recommend additional training.
-   Support training programs related to heavy equipment operations.

## Requirements

-   Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or related technical/trade specialization.
-   Minimum 4 years of field experience as a Mobile Crane Operator.
-   Strong experience in mobile crane and heavy equipment operation.
-   Previous experience as a Crane Trainer, Operator Trainer, Instructor, or Competency Assessor is preferred.
-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical/Trade, or Vocational studies is preferred.
-   Good knowledge of crane safety, lifting operations, and safe operating practices.
-   Strong communication and training skills.
-   IELTS 6.0 or equivalent English proficiency.
-   TOEFL: IBT 60 / Paper-Based 498 / Computer-Based 171.
