Eram Talent is currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring efficient financial control within construction projects. Responsibilities:

-   Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets for construction projects
-   Analyze project documentation, including drawings and specifications, to determine material and labor costs
-   Track project expenditures and provide regular reports to project managers
-   Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
-   Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
-   Conduct value engineering and risk assessments
-   Maintain updated records of project costs and changes
-   Assist in preparing tender submissions and proposals

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
