Eram Talent is seeking a highly qualified Engineer - Oil & Gas (PMP Certified) to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, executing, and managing engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and coordinate oil and gas engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to meet project deliverables and requirements.
-   Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring effective resource allocation.
-   Manage project risks and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
-   Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
-   Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
-   PMP Certification is mandatory.
-   Minimum of 8 years of experience in oil and gas project management or engineering roles.
-   Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Experience with project management software and tools.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-   Willingness to travel within the region as required.
