## Description

We are seeking a versatile Aviation Maintenance, Planning, Safety & HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating aviation maintenance activities, planning schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting human resources functions related to the maintenance team. This multifaceted role is critical in maintaining operational excellence while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules to optimize aircraft availability and reliability.
-   Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
-   Coordinate safety programs, audits, and training initiatives to promote a safety-first culture within the maintenance department.
-   Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training for maintenance personnel.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance planning, logistical, and personnel matters effectively.
-   Maintain detailed records and reports related to maintenance activities, safety compliance, and HR metrics.
-   Provide technical and administrative support to management in decision-making processes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in aviation maintenance planning and safety management.
-   Sound knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards (e.g., FAA, EASA, GACA).
-   Experience in HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and training within an aviation context.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with maintenance management systems and HR software is an advantage.
