## Description

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is actively seeking a qualified Safety Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment in various sectors including Oil & Energy. As a part of our independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, you will be instrumental in sourcing high-potential professionals and delivering excellent recruitment solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design and implement safety protocols and programs.
-   Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
-   Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
-   Provide training to employees and contractors on safety practices and regulations.
-   Ensure compliance with safety legislation and industry standards.
-   Analyze safety data to support continuous improvement efforts.
-   Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to safety incidents.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum of 8 years of experience in a safety engineering role.
-   In-depth understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and practices.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.
