Eram Talent is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with the community, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

The Social Media Specialist will create compelling content, manage social media channels, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns.

## Requirements

-   A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with preference in Public Relations.
-   **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital communications, public relations, or content creation.

-   Candidate should be proficient in Modern Standard Arabic and professional-level English.
-   Candidate should have experience in planning, creating, and publishing social media campaigns, including content development and social media calendar management.
-   Candidate should have knowledge of social media trends, analytics, photo and video editing software, and Microsoft and Google applications.
-   Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle high volumes of work.
