## Description

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition consultancy specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a highly motivated Scheduling Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The Scheduling Engineer Fully Familiar of Scheduling and Planning requirements for the Oil and Gas Capital Project FEL/FEED, Detailed Design, Materials Procurement , Construction, Pre-commissioning. Power BI skills intermediate level.

### Responsibilities

-   Create, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
-   Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to gather necessary information for schedule development
-   Analyze schedule performance and identify potential risks or delays
-   Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling status to stakeholders
-   Facilitate project meetings to discuss schedule updates and changes
-   Implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule-related issues
-   Maintain detailed documentation of project schedules and changes

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in engineering, Civil or Mechanical.
-   Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the Oil & Gas sector
-   Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
-   Strong understanding of oil and gas project lifecycle and scheduling methodologies
-   Excellent analytical and organizational skills
-   Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
