We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Director (Saudi Arabia) to join our esteemed client’s team. This leadership role involves the strategic oversight and management of large-scale projects within the region, ensuring excellence in delivery and alignment with the company’s goals. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for providing direction and support to project teams, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and manage comprehensive project planning and execution processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
-   Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and within financial parameters.
-   Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
-   Implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
-   Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
-   A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects successfully and effectively.
-   Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, particularly in Saudi Arabian regulations.
-   Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
-   Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
-   Proficiency with project management software and tools.
-   PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
