Eram Talent is urgently seeking an experienced HSE Officer with plant experience for a short-term contract of 25 days. This immediate joiner position is ideal for candidates who are proficient in managing health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial or plant settings. **Key Responsibilities**

-   Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant operations during the contract period.
-   Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
-   Monitor safe work practices and ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols.
-   Assist in incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
-   Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness on site.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HSE activities throughout the contract.
-   Provide guidance and support on emergency preparedness and response measures.
-   Collaborate with site management to promote a culture of safety.
-   Perform any additional duties required to ensure successful completion of HSE objectives within the 25-day period.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
-   Proven experience as an HSE Officer with specific plant experience.
-   Strong understanding of plant safety regulations and compliance requirements.
-   Ability to conduct effective safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
-   Experience with incident investigation and reporting.
-   Ready to join immediately for a 25-day short-term assignment.
-   Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities.
-   Familiarity with emergency response procedures in a plant environment.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
